Fitment Matrix: Fits SIG Sauer P365 FUSE (4.3" barrel models) and custom P365 long-slide assemblies. (Will NOT fit standard 3.1" P365/P365X or 3.7" P365XL/XMacro slides).
- Verify host handgun is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty.
- Field strip the slide assembly from the frame and remove the factory dual-nested recoil spring unit.
- Select desired tuning spring weight (lighter springs for subsonic/suppressed or competition light loads; heavier springs for high-pressure +P defensive ammunition).
- Slide chosen spring over the stainless guide rod, seat retaining cap, and place into the slide recoil channel against the barrel locking lug.
- Reassemble slide onto frame, perform manual rack and reset function checks, and test-fire with intended target ammunition.
