Fitment Matrix: Direct fit for standard SIG Sauer P365 models with 3.1" barrels (P365, P365 SAS, P365X). Does NOT fit P365XL (3.7") or P365-XMACRO Comp models unless using compatible length slide assemblies.
- Verify host SIG P365 is completely clear, magazine removed, safety engaged (if equipped), and chamber physically confirmed empty.
- Lock slide rearward, rotate takedown lever downward 90 degrees, and carefully release slide assembly forward off frame.
- Remove recoil spring assembly and lift factory barrel up and out of the slide housing.
- Clean interior slide locking lugs and seat the True Precision Black DLC barrel into the slide, ensuring hood locks flush.
- Reinstall recoil spring assembly, reassemble slide onto frame, and perform manual function and dry-fire feed checks prior to range staging.
