Fitment & Receiver Compatibility Matrix: Direct-mounts to handgun slides, adapter plates, and Picatinny mounts cut for the Trijicon RMR Footprint (including Glock MOS w/ RMR plate, Polymer80, Sig Sauer, and Springfield optics-ready slides). Includes a low-profile Picatinny mount for rifle/PCC staging. Note: Will NOT fit Shield RMS/RMSc or Doctor/Noblex footprint cuts without an adapter.
Installation Sequence:
- Safety check the firearm: remove magazine, lock action rearward, and physically/visually inspect chamber to confirm a clear weapon.
- Clean the slide optics-cut pocket threads to remove oil, carbon residue, or old threadlocker.
- Insert a fresh CR1632 battery into the side-loading battery tray and secure the tray cover.
- Place the UTG OP3 Micro SLS onto the RMR indexing posts on the slide or optic plate, ensuring a flush, level fit.
- Apply non-permanent blue threadlocker (Loctite 242) to the mounting screws, thread into slide, and torque to 12–15 in-lbs using a calibrated torque wrench.
