The Leapers UTG Super Slim Picatinny Riser Mount (MT-RSX5L) in Black is an ultralight, precision-machined optic elevation platform designed to raise red dot sights, scope rings, laser aimers, and tactical optics on AR-15 and rifle platforms. Featuring a low 0.50-inch riser profile and an extended 13-slot Picatinny rail length (5.5 inches), this riser provides seamless rail continuation and optimal eye relief adjustment for longer optics and magnifier combinations.

CNC-machined from high-strength 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, the MT-RSX5L utilizes continuous lightning cuts along the main body channel to dramatically reduce overall weight without sacrificing structural rigidity or zero retention. The continuous top rail design allows multiple optic accessories—such as a primary red dot sight paired with a flip-to-side magnifier—to be mounted inline on a single elevated plane.

Fitment Matrix: Direct fitment for standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny receiver top rails. Accommodates red dot sights, magnifier mounts, thermal optics, and standard Weaver/Picatinny scope rings requiring 0.5" of additional height clearance.

1. Ensure the host firearm upper receiver is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
2. Clean and degrease the target receiver Picatinny rail surface before positioning the riser mount.
3. Place the MT-RSX5L riser onto the receiver rail, pushing forward toward the muzzle so the integral recoil locking lugs seat firmly against the Picatinny slot faces.
4. Tighten the Torx locking side screws evenly to 25–30 in-lbs using the included Torx key. Mount optic rings or red dot sight onto the elevated 13-slot rail section and torque to optic specifications.
