Installation note: When driving the titanium trigger guard pin through the receiver ears, always support the lower receiver ear with an armorer's bench block to eliminate the risk of snapping an aluminum ear. Apply a drop of synthetic oil or anti-seize during assembly.
- Ensure the host lower receiver is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Install the trigger guard into the receiver, support the lower ear on an armorer bench block, and gently tap the titanium trigger guard pin into place using a roll-pin punch until centered flush between the receiver ears.
