- Verify host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty before servicing.
- Install the main 30mm ring mount base onto the rifle's upper Picatinny rail, setting eye relief while assuming a natural cheek weld.
- Torque rail clamp mount base screws evenly to manufacturer specifications (typically 30-35 in-lbs).
- Level the primary Vudu 3-9x32 scope body inside the ring lower halves using a reticle leveling tool, then torque top ring screws crosswise to 15-18 in-lbs.
- Confirm power battery installation in both primary Vudu scope and secondary EFLX red dot sight, establish zero at 100 yards for primary scope, and zero secondary EFLX sight at 25/50 yards for CQB engagements.
