The EOTech XPS3-DCR (672294601197) is a professional-grade Holographic Weapon Sight (HWS) featuring the highly anticipated Danger Close Reticle (DCR). Designed for high-stakes, close-quarters environments, the DCR reticle features a 1 MOA aiming dot centered within a large "diamond" outer ring. This unique geometry is engineered to assist with height-over-bore compensation—a critical factor when shooting at extremely close distances—by providing a clear reference point for point-of-impact at "danger close" ranges.
The XPS3 is the shortest and lightest night-vision compatible HWS in the EOTech lineup. By utilizing a single transverse-mounted CR123 battery, it saves significant rail space compared to the 5-series models, allowing for the easy addition of magnifiers or iron sights. Built to Tier-1 military specifications, the XPS3-DCR is waterproof up to 33 feet and features a ruggedized aluminum hood.
