- Verify host GLOCK pistol is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty.
- Depress the rear receiver release latch on the KPOS AMP chassis to open the back plate assembly.
- Slide host pistol forward into the chassis channel until the frame dust cover rail locks firmly into the internal positioning interface.
- Close the rear latch assembly to seal the slide backplate against the charging handle interface and lock the chassis shut.
- Perform manual dry-cycle testing using the ambidextrous charging handle to verify smooth slide travel and reset function prior to live fire.
