The FAB Defense KPOS Scout Slim (FX-KSCOUTSLAT) is a lightweight, hybrid-construction conversion kit designed to transform standard Glock handguns into compact, highly stable shoulder-braced personal defense weapon (PDW) platforms. Built using a combination of a rigid aluminum upper spine and a tough composite polymer lower, the KPOS Scout maximizes platform accuracy, weapon control, and accessory staging without adding unnecessary bulk.

Tailored specifically for full-size and compact Glock models (G17, G19, G22, G23, G31, G32, and variants across Gens 3-5), the KPOS Scout features a true "drop-in" installation process requiring no tools, handgun disassembly, or permanent modification. The slide-lock charging handle mechanism charges the firearm smoothly from either side, while the folding arm brace provides firm cheek support and stabilizes sight alignment during rapid firing schedules.

1. Verify host Glock is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty.
2. Open the rear locking latch on the KPOS Scout chassis and pull the rear assembly back.
3. Align the Glock front accessory rail into the internal mounting track and slide the handgun forward into position.
4. Push the locking mechanism forward until the rear housing clamps securely over the back of the Glock frame and lock the rear latch firmly.
5. Cycle the ambidextrous charging handle manually to confirm smooth slide interaction and unhindered ejection port travel prior to live-fire.
