Fitment Matrix: Direct fit for standard Mil-Spec AR-15 lower receivers (0.250" pin diameter).
- Verify host AR-15 lower receiver is completely clear, magazine removed, safety engaged, and chamber confirmed empty.
- Depress existing pivot/takedown pin detents using a brass punch tool and slide factory receiver pins out of the lower chassis.
- Install front pivot pin detent and spring into the lower receiver channel using a pivot pin installation tool to prevent spring damage or detent loss.
- Slide the Geissele Super Duty front pivot pin into position, making sure the detent track aligns smoothly with the spring-loaded detent.
- Insert rear takedown pin, detent, and spring into the rear receiver channel, securing with the endplate and receiver extension before torquing castle nut to 38-40 ft-lbs.
