- Ensure the host rifle is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Slide the gas block onto the barrel .750" seat, ensuring exact alignment between the barrel gas port and the internal gas block port.
- Apply medium-strength threadlocker to the two bottom set screws and torque firmly into the barrel dimple(s) to 25-30 in-lbs.
- Install the gas tube using a gas block roll pin, then utilize a hex key to dial the front adjustment screw out to find the minimum gas volume required for 100% bolt lockback on empty magazines before tightening the locking screw.
