Fitment Matrix: Direct drop-in fitment for factory SIG Sauer P365 XL (3.7" slide) and standard non-compensated P365-XMACRO pistols. Compatible with factory SIG and aftermarket P365 XL slides. CRITICAL: Will NOT fit standard micro-compact P365 (3.1" slide) or the P365-XMACRO Comp (which requires a 3.1" barrel). Thread pitch is standard 1/2x28 TPI RH. When mounting suppressors or compensators, torque to manufacturer specs (typically 15–20 ft-lbs or hand-tight with high-temp O-ring/threadlocker); do not exceed 25 ft-lbs on muzzle threads.

1. Ensure the host firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
2. Field strip the pistol by locking the slide back, rotating the takedown lever clockwise to 6 o'clock, releasing the slide forward off the frame rails, and removing the factory recoil spring assembly and barrel.
