Installation Sequence:
- Safety check the firearm: remove magazine, lock bolt rearward, and physically/visually inspect chamber to confirm 100% clear weapon.
- Clean barrel threads thoroughly, removing carbon residue, dirt, and old thread locker material.
- Slide the included crush washer onto the barrel threads with the cupped (concave) side facing rearward toward the barrel shoulder.
- Thread the MFT EVOLV E2ARMD1 onto the barrel by hand until it snuggly contacts the crush washer.
- Use a wrench to tighten and time the device until the top compensation ports align precisely at the 12 o'clock position (do not exceed 45 ft-lbs of torque).
