- Install magazine catch assembly, bolt catch roll pin, catch plunger, and spring using tape-shielded roll pin punches.
- Install pivot pin with front detent and detent spring using a 1/4" clevis pin tool to prevent detent launch.
- Assemble the trigger group, disconnect, hammer, and anti-rotational/mil-spec pins, ensuring correct hammer spring leg orientation resting on trigger pin grooves.
