The XTS Complete AR-15 Lower Parts Kit (MPN: Lower-PK) is a comprehensive, turn-key internal completion package engineered to populate standard AR-15 stripped lower receivers. Manufactured to original equipment Mil-Spec tolerances, this all-in-one LPK provides every pin, spring, plunger, latch, single-stage fire control group, and A2-style pistol grip necessary to transform a stripped lower receiver into a fully functional lower assembly.

Precision-machined and stamped from high-strength hardened steel and impact-resistant polymer composites, the Lower-PK features a Mil-Spec single-stage trigger and hammer assembly, a standard safety selector lever, a bolt catch assembly, and a complete pin set. Armorer Bench Notes & Real-World Staging Guidance:
Fitment Matrix: Fits standard Mil-Spec pattern AR-15 forged and billet lower receivers chambered in 5.56 NATO, .223 Rem, .300 AAC Blackout, 6.5 Grendel, and .350 Legend. (Note: Not compatible with AR-10 / LR-308 large-frame lower receivers due to pivot/takedown pin length and bolt catch dimension differences, nor pistol-caliber 9mm PCC lowers requiring specialized mag catch hardware).

Perform a complete firearm safety check: drop the magazine, pull the charging handle rearward, lock the action open, and visually inspect the chamber to verify zero live rounds are present.

Install the bolt catch, spring, plunger, and roll pin into the left side receiver tower.

Install the front pivot pin using its dedicated detent and spring, taking care not to launch the detent during insertion.

Assemble the safety selector, trigger, hammer, disconnect, and fire control group springs into the lower receiver well, securing them with the trigger and hammer pins.

Install the magazine catch assembly and adjust button thread depth until flush with the release button face.

Install the rear takedown pin, detent, and spring, securing them in place with the buffer retainer pin/spring and buffer tube endplate.

Attach the A2 pistol grip, ensuring the safety selector detent and spring seat properly into the grip housing before tightening the grip screw. Perform a complete function and safety check prior to upper mating.
