Fitment Matrix: Fits barrels with a .750" diameter gas block journal. Compatible with carbine, mid-length, and rifle-length gas systems. (Important Note: Not recommended for pistol-length gas systems due to extreme gas volume and carbon fouling rates near the chamber area).
- Ensure the host firearm is clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Slide the gas block onto the .750" barrel journal, aligning the top gas port hole carefully with the barrel gas port.
- Install the gas tube using the provided gas tube roll pin, ensuring the gas tube port points downward into the block cavity.
- Apply medium-strength threadlocker (Blue 242/243) to the bottom set screws and torque securely to 25–30 in-lbs against the barrel dimple. Turn the adjustment screw fully clockwise until seated, then back off 3-5 clicks as a baseline starting point for live-fire tuning.
