The Sig Sauer ROMEO-X COMPACT brings military-grade optical engineering down to micro-compact, everyday carry handguns. Inspired by the combat-proven ROMEO-M17 developed for military contracts, the ROMEO-X COMPACT is housed in a rugged 7075-T6 CNC-machined aluminum body. Utilizing the industry-standard Shield RMS-c footprint, this optic mounts directly onto micro-compact slides like the Sig P365 series, SpringField Hellcat, and optic-ready GLOCK Slimline models without requiring adapter plates or custom machining.

Equipped with a high-efficiency point-source LED emitter, the ROMEO-X COMPACT gives shooters the ability to instantly select between a precise 2 MOA center dot, a rapid-acquisition 32 MOA ring, or a combined circle-dot reticle. The optic offers 15 user-adjustable brightness settings (12 daylight and 3 night-vision compatible) controlled via low-profile side buttons. Thanks to an ultra-low deck height, it allows full mechanical co-witnessing with standard-height factory iron sights, eliminating the need to purchase tall suppressor-height sights.

Fitment Matrix: Direct mount fitment for micro-compact Shield RMS-c / Sig Sauer P365 slide footprints (including Sig P365, P365X, P365XL, P365-XMACRO, Springfield Hellcat, and GLOCK 43X/48 MOS). *Not compatible with full-size DeltaPoint Pro/PRO Cut footprints.*

Staging & Installation Steps:

1. Unload firearm, verify clear, and remove slide to isolate the optic mounting pocket; clean threads thoroughly with degreaser.
2. Place the ROMEO-X COMPACT squarely into the slide cut over the indexing alignment posts.
3. Apply a small drop of blue medium-strength threadlocker to the correct length mounting screws provided.
4. Torque the mounting screws using a calibrated torque tool to exactly 15 in-lbs.
5. Insert the CR1632 battery into the side tray with positive (+) side facing out, then confirm MOTAC functionality by setting down and lifting the slide.
