Fitment Matrix: Fits Sig Sauer P365, P365X, and P365XL 9mm handguns. (NOTE: Due to feed tower length, fitment on P365 X-Macro grip modules may leave an exposed gap or require magwell spacer adjustment).
- Verify host Sig P365 handgun is completely clear, safety engaged, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty.
- Depress the front loading wheel manually to relieve tension on the spring while hand-loading 9x19mm cartridges into the feed lips.
- Fill the drum to its 30-round capacity, ensuring each cartridge case is firmly seated back against the rear wall of the feed tower.
- Insert the loaded DRM-A33 drum straight up into the P365 magwell until the magazine catch locks securely with a positive click.
- Cycle slide manually to chamber initial round, checking smooth feed ramp transition before range staging.
