The Sharps Bros Gen 3 P365 X-Macro Metal Grip Module (SBGM05-G3-M81) elevates the ergonomics, weight balance, and recoil mitigation of SIG Sauer® P365 X-Macro handguns. CNC-machined in the USA from a solid block of 7075-T6 billet aluminum, this Gen 3 metal module replaces factory polymer grip frames with rigid alloy strength and custom M81 Woodland Camo Cerakote styling.

The Gen 3 refinement includes enhanced grip profiling with integrated real wood (Brazilian Cherry or Walnut) side panel inserts, an extended flared magwell for accelerated reload cycles, and a built-in 1913 Picatinny accessory rail to accommodate standard tactical weapon lights and lasers. The additional mass of the 7075-T6 aluminum construction absorbs impulse recoil energy, significantly flattening muzzle flip for rapid follow-up shot tracking.

Finished in a multi-tone M81 Woodland Camo Cerakote for extreme abrasion and corrosion resistance, the SBGM05-G3-M81 houses any standard factory SIG P365 Fire Control Unit (FCU) and accepts OEM 17-round X-Macro magazines without lower frame modifications.

Fitment Matrix: Direct fit for SIG Sauer P365 9mm Fire Control Units (FCUs). Compatible with standard X-Macro slides, 3.1" compensated slides, 3.7" XL slides, and 17-round X-Macro magazines. Uses standard MIL-STD-1913 accessories.

1. Verify host P365 firearm is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed empty.
2. Remove factory slide assembly and push out the rear FCU retaining pin from the polymer grip module.
3. Lift factory P365 FCU upward and forward to release from existing polymer frame channels.
4. Seat the FCU into the Sharps Bros SBGM05-G3-M81 aluminum frame, aligning front locking tabs and re-inserting the rear retaining pin.
5. Re-install slide assembly, insert an empty 17-round X-Macro magazine to test drop-free release, and execute complete dry-fire function checks.
