- Ensure the host rifle is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Install the flip-to-side quick release mount onto the upper receiver Picatinny rail immediately behind your primary red dot sight, adjusting the QD throw-lever tension nut for zero mechanical play.
