Built strictly to USGI Technical Data Package (TDP) standards or better, SOLGW uses AISI 8620 investment cast steel for the bolt catch and ambidextrous safety selector, steel magazine buttons instead of cheap aluminum, and solid hardened stainless steel detents sourced from KNS Precision Machine. At the center of this kit is the single-stage Liberty Fighting Trigger (LFT).
