The Springfield Armory HCP0901TB-KIT is a factory OEM 4.4-inch threaded replacement barrel assembly engineered specifically for the Hellcat Pro 9mm handgun series. Designed as a direct drop-in performance upgrade, this extended barrel enables operators to quickly convert their compact Hellcat Pro platform to accept 9mm suppressors, compensators, or muzzle brakes without requiring custom gunsmith fitting or slide modifications.

Fitment Matrix: Fits Springfield Hellcat Pro 9mm models with 3.7" slide configurations. (WILL NOT FIT standard 3" Hellcat models, Hellcat RDP, or California-compliant variants with loaded chamber indicator flags).

1. Verify host firearm is completely unloaded, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically confirmed clear.
2. Field strip the handgun by locking the slide rearward, rotating the takedown lever upward, and removing the slide assembly from the frame.
3. Remove factory recoil spring assembly and standard 3.7" barrel from the slide pocket.
4. Insert the HCP0901TB-KIT 4.4" threaded barrel into the slide, verifying proper lockup against the breech face.
5. Reinstall recoil spring assembly, attach slide to frame, and hand-tighten the thread protector onto the 1/2x28 muzzle threads. Apply high-temp grease to threads if attaching a suppressor.
