Fitment Matrix: Direct dovetail fitment for CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Pistol and EVO 3 S1 Carbine barrel trunnions. Reversible for left-hand or right-hand shooter configurations. CRITICAL: Will NOT fit the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S2 Micro equipped with factory side-folding braces due to mechanical clearance interference. Will NOT fit CZ Scorpion 3+ (Plus) models, as the updated receiver lacks trunnion dovetail cuts. Handguard retention hardware must be removed to slide the handguard forward for dovetail access; re-torque handguard barrel nut / screws to factory specifications upon reassembly.
- Clear the host CZ Scorpion EVO 3 completely, remove the magazine, lock the charging handle to the rear, and visually and physically inspect the chamber to ensure it is empty.
- Loosen and remove the forward muzzle device and handguard retention screws/barrel nut, then slide the factory handguard forward along the barrel to expose the front trunnion dovetail channels.
- Slide out the factory OEM steel sling eyelet loop from the barrel trunnion dovetail channel and clean any residual carbon or debris from the dovetail slot.
- Select your preferred mounting side (left or right) and slide the Strike Industries QD Mount into the dovetail until it seats fully against the retention shoulder.
- Slide the handguard back into battery over the mount base to mechanically lock it into the trunnion, re-torque handguard fasteners to factory specification, re-install muzzle hardware, and verify positive 360-degree push-button QD sling engagement before live-fire staging.
