The SureFire M340V Mini Scout Light® Pro Vampire (M340V-BK-PRO / M340V-TN-PRO) is an ultra-compact, dual-spectrum weapon light engineered specifically for low-profile tactical carbines, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), and sub-compact PCC setups. Utilizing SureFire’s innovative Vampire® V-series bezel, the M340V generates both high-output white light (250 lumens) and invisible Infrared illumination (100 mW) from a single LED emitter. Switching between white light, IR mode, and a tactile OFF lockout position requires no filters—simply pull forward and twist the self-locking bezel selector ring.

Featuring SureFire's Low-Profile Mount (LPM), the M340V Pro mount gives operators unprecedented flexibility by allowing the light body to pivot relative to the rail interface. This enables shooters to tuck the light tightly against top-rail laser aiming modules (IR pointers) or under front sight towers, drastically reducing the weapon's overall lateral profile and snag risk. The LPM system includes interchangeable mounting bases for direct attachment to both MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails and M-LOK® handguard slots.

Powered by a single 3V CR123A lithium battery, the M340V features SureFire's Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens system, which shapes the beam to deliver a bright central hot spot with ample peripheral illumination for spatial awareness. Available in both Mil-Spec hardcoat anodized Black and Tan color variants, and equipped with the momentary/constant-on Z68 push-button tailcap switch with a raised shroud to prevent accidental discharge, the M340V Pro delivers uncompromising dual-spectrum performance for night vision goggle (NVG) operations and dual-light tactical missions.

*Armorer Bench Notes & Real-World Staging Guidance:

Fitment Matrix: Mounts to standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails and M-LOK handguard slots using the included Low-Profile Mount (LPM) hardware plates. Note: Accepts all Scout Light Pro tailcaps and remote tape switches (such as the SureFire UE or DS00 tailcaps paired with ST07 or SR07 switches).

Verify the firearm is completely clear, safe, and unloaded before installation or mounting adjustment.

Select either the Picatinny or M-LOK mounting cleat and attach it to the LPM hinge arm. Position the light body against the handguard and tighten the mounting screw to 15 in-lbs.

Loosen the pivot screw on the LPM arm, rotate the M340V body inward toward the top rail or handguard body to minimize shadow and lateral width, then torque the pivot screw securely to lock in the ideal angle.
