Machined from 1/2" thick 1095 high-carbon steel, the blade features TOPS' signature Black Traction Coating for enhanced corrosion resistance and a non-reflective tactical finish.
The ergonomic handle is fitted with Black Linen Micarta scales, which provide a secure, high-friction grip even when wet or bloody. A deep finger choil and aggressive jimping on the spine allow for precision "choking up" during fine detail work like skinning or carving. Despite its larger size, the Wolf Pup XL remains incredibly easy to carry thanks to the included custom-fit Kydex sheath with a rotating spring steel clip.
