- Ensure the host rifle is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Attach the FST-SOPA plate to your Unity FAST™ Offset Optic Base in either the 35° or 45° orientation using the provided hardware.
- Apply medium-strength threadlocker (Blue 242/243) to the plate mounting screws and torque to Unity specifications (12–15 in-lbs).
- Slide your ACRO-footprint optic onto the dovetail clamping surface, tighten the optic's cross-bolt to manufacturer specs, and check for a snug, non-wobble fit prior to zeroing.
