The DNT Optics HS335R Hydra is an advanced multi-function thermal optical system that combines a dedicated standalone riflescope, front-mounted clip-on optic, handheld scanning monocular, laser rangefinder, and ballistic solver into a single compact housing. Built around a high-sensitivity 384x288 VOx uncooled thermal core featuring a 12-micron pixel pitch and ≤18mK NETD thermal sensitivity, this unit delivers crisp thermal imagery even under severe atmospheric degradation such as fog, smoke, or rain.
The 35mm F/1.0 Germanium objective lens provides a 3x optical base magnification with smooth digital zoom up to 12x, paired with DNT's Image Super Resolution (ISR) processing algorithm to sharpen edge definition across digital zoom levels. Integrated directly into the housing is an onboard laser rangefinder capable of measuring target distances from 5 out to 1,300 yards, communicating in real-time with the DNT Ballistic Engine to calculate real-time holdover corrections directly onto the high-resolution 1024x768 Micro-OLED display.
Machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, the HS335R is IP67 waterproof, dustproof, and shock-rated up to .50 BMG recoil forces.
