The Franklin Armory G-S173 FDE (17-50000-FDE) is the ultimate performance and aesthetic overhaul for the Glock 17 Gen3. This kit features the world-renowned Binary Firing System® (BFS™), now integrated into a striker-fired platform. Finished in a rugged Flat Dark Earth (FDE) coating, this system is more than just a trigger; it is a comprehensive slide and trigger assembly that transforms your G17 into a highly versatile, rapid-fire powerhouse.
The G-S173 allows you to toggle between Semiautomatic and Binary® modes using a side-mounted selector paddle on the slide—a revolutionary feature for the Glock platform. In Binary® mode, the firearm discharges one round on the pull of the trigger and one round on the release. This significantly increases your rate of fire for competitive shooting and tactical applications. For maximum safety, the "release" round can be cancelled by simply moving the selector back to the "Semi" position before letting go of the trigger. The included slide is optics-ready and comes pre-installed with high-visibility tritium night sights and aggressive cocking serrations for positive manipulation.
