The Franklin Armory G-S193 (17-50060-BLK) brings the highly sought-after Binary Firing System® (BFS™) to the most popular compact handgun in the world: the Glock 19 Gen3. Like its larger predecessor, the G-S173, this kit is a comprehensive engineering solution that includes both a custom binary trigger assembly and a specialized slide. This combination is required to house the unique side-mounted selector paddle, giving Glock users the ability to switch between standard Semiautomatic and Binary® modes for the first time in a striker-fired format.
In Binary® mode, the G-S193 fires one round on the pull of the trigger and a second round upon release, allowing for incredibly fast follow-up shots and reduced split times. Safety is integrated into the design: if you decide not to fire the second round, simply move the selector back to "Semi" while holding the trigger depressed to cancel the release shot. The slide is not just a housing for the selector; it is a high-end performance component featuring front and rear tritium night sights, an optics-ready cut (adapter plates sold separately), and aggressive tactile serrations. An integrated mode indicator on the backplate provides instant visual and tactile confirmation of your firing status.
