Built to exceed standard government parameters, the 11.5-inch length offers significant velocity increases, dwell time improvements, and reduced parts wear compared to traditional 10.3-inch setups, making it the ideal length for suppressed and unsuppressed tactical staging.
Precision-machined from Mil-Spec 4150 CMV steel and finished with a heavy manganese phosphate outer coating, this Liberty Fighting barrel features a hard chrome-lined bore and chamber. The chrome lining provides exceptional corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and extended erosion life during heavy firing schedules. Featuring a medium contour profile, a 1:7 button twist rate for stabilizing heavy defensive projectiles (69gr–77gr), and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle, this barrel is gas-ported for proper cycle reliability with duty ammunition.

- Verify host upper receiver is completely clear, bolt carrier group removed, and workspace clear.
- Apply aerosol molybdenum disulfide grease to upper receiver barrel extension threads.
- Insert barrel extension alignment pin into upper receiver index notch and seat barrel firmly.
- Install barrel nut and torque to manufacturer specifications (35–50 ft-lbs), timing properly for handguard alignment.
- Install 0.750" low-profile gas block and carbine-length gas tube, dimpling barrel if applicable, then torque muzzle device to 20–30 ft-lbs with crush washer or timing shims.
