The Strike Industries Scorpion Universal Reflex Mount for GLOCK™ Version 2 (SI-G-SURF-V2) in Anodized Matte Black is an innovative, non-permanent optic mounting solution designed to equip non-MOS GLOCK handguns with mini and micro red dot sights (MRDS) without requiring custom slide machining or milling. Utilizing Strike’s updated SI Multi-Optic Mount footprint pattern, this low-profile mounting plate fits directly into the rear sight dovetail slot while securing to an included custom slide backplate adapter for dual-point stability under cycling recoil.
Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, the G-SURF V2 includes a versatile hardware kit featuring interchangeable mounting posts and specialized screw sets. This modular system accommodates nearly all popular red dot footprints, including Trijicon RMR, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, Docter/Noblex, C-MORE, Shield Standard, and SIG SAUER open reflex optics. The mount also includes a removable, ambidextrous side charging handle that can be configured on either side of the slide, providing leverage for single-finger slide racking during clearing drills or high-speed operation.

- Ensure the host handgun is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Drift out the factory rear iron sight from the slide dovetail using a sight pusher tool. Replace the factory slide cover plate with the included G-SURF backplate adapter.
- Slide the G-SURF base dovetail insert into the rear sight slot, align the rear mounting hole with the backplate adapter screw hole, and secure the backplate adapter screw using threadlocker.
- Select the proper locator posts and screws for your specific red dot optic footprint, set the optic onto the G-SURF plate, and torque screws to manufacturer specifications. (Optional: install side charging handle stem on preferred side).
