Fitment Matrix: Direct mounting to standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails. Brings absolute co-witness sights (EOTECH XPS series, Leupold LCO, Vortex AMG UH-1 Gen 1, direct-rail red dots) to a 2.26" optical centerline, perfectly aligning them with Unity FAST FTC (Flip-To-Center) magnifier mounts. CRITICAL: Will NOT provide correct 2.26" alignment with lower-1/3 co-witness optics (e.g., EOTECH EXPS series); lower-1/3 optics require the standard FAST Optic Riser (FST-ORB/FST-ORF). Torque specs: Tighten the two T25 rail clamp crossbolts evenly to 35 in-lbs using a calibrated inch-pound torque driver. Do NOT exceed 35 in-lbs.
- Ensure the host rifle is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Clean the upper receiver Picatinny rail slots and the underside of the FAST Absolute Riser clamp to ensure no debris or oil residue remains.
- Position the riser onto the upper receiver rail, push forward toward the muzzle to seat the crossbolts against the forward rail recoil shoulders, and finger-tighten both Torx clamp screws.
- Torque both T25 rail clamp crossbolts evenly in an alternating pattern to exactly 35 in-lbs using an inch-pound torque wrench.
- Clamp your absolute co-witness optic (e.g., EOTECH XPS) onto the top Picatinny rail, torque optic clamp to manufacturer specification, and confirm alignment with your FAST FTC magnifier mount before live-fire zeroing.
