Precision-machined from certified 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum and finished in a non-reflective Type III Class 2 hardcoat black anodize, the FST-OMB positions your magnifier at an optimal 2.26-inch optical centerline. Fitment Matrix: Direct mounting to standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails. Optical centerline is 2.26", aligning with Unity FAST Micro Mount, FAST Optic Riser (under EOTECH EXPS), and FAST Absolute Riser. Compatible with EOTECH G23/G30/G33/G43/G45, Vortex Micro3X/Micro6X/VMX-3T, Trijicon 3X MAG-C, Sig Juliet 3X/4X/Micro, and Holosun HM3X/HM3XT. Note: The mount hangs the magnifier inverted in the stowed position so internal adjustment turrets do not contact the host receiver rail; this inverted position does not affect optical clarity or functionality.
- Ensure the host rifle is completely clear, magazine removed, and chamber visually and physically verified empty.
- Select the mounting screw set matching your magnifier brand/model and secure the magnifier to the FTC OMNI mounting shoe, applying medium-strength blue threadlocker and torquing screws evenly to 15 in-lbs.
- Open the FAST QD lever, hook the fixed side of the mount clamp over your upper receiver Picatinny rail behind your primary optic, and swing the lever closed until the safety lock clicks forward.
- Adjust the QD clamp tension nut if necessary so that closing the lever requires firm thumb pressure with zero lateral or axial play on the rail.
- Deploy and stow the magnifier using firm downward/upward hand pressure to verify smooth, positive force-to-overcome detent lockup.
